When we are upset, we tend to lose our head. We do things beyond repair which we regret for life.
When upset, picture that one really crazy person you don’t like or respect that has acted and spoken like a total nutcase because she/he lacks in maturity and self-control and remind yourself that you don’t want to be just like them. I’m sure this will work. ~ Diane Nolasco
