If you run away once from your problems, you will never know how to solve them because you will keep running away. ~ Shehnaz Sarakby
One has to make the distinction between leaving and running. Leaving is an act of courage – running is the act of cowardice. Don’t let anyone ever confuse the two for you. ~ Coleen Cichoski
Sometimes removing yourself from the problem is the best solution. I learned this finally, and it has worked wonders if the problem is a person that is never going to change. ~ Tashia Burchett
Sometimes it is good to run away in order to take a time-out in quiet. Once the mindfulness of why I run away is opened up to its reality versus its whatever or no basis in fact then it is easier to walk back to the problem.Maybe it can be resolved, maybe I have to live with it now on my terms….one of those win, lose or draw situations but whatever is decided I can be at peace when the other person, place or thing falls on its sword. They can bleed their own blood from this point because they drained mine until I ran away and walked back now seeing with new eyes.
