Dear Mind, please stop thinking so much

My mind is constantly at work. Always thinking of things I’d like to do, need to do, refuse to do and will do. Sometimes, I’m up until 3, 4 o’clock in the a.m. I need to sleep well! ~ Patricia Howard

The trick is to think of something that makes you so happy, put’s a smile on your face and fill’s you with joy and a warm loving feeling when you first get into bed and then you can drift off for the most wonderful restful sleep and your 5, 6 or 8 hours you are asleep you manifest more of these memories and you wake up feeling amazing!
