The trick is to think of something that makes you so happy, put’s a smile on your face and fill’s you with joy and a warm loving feeling when you first get into bed and then you can drift off for the most wonderful restful sleep and your 5, 6 or 8 hours you are asleep you manifest more of these memories and you wake up feeling amazing!
